Linsanity was special for so many reasons. One is its a reminder that anything can happen in sports. When the stars align. The timing is right and the stage is set. History can be made from the most unlikely of characters. Heroes don't sign up to wear the cape but they're chosen. And because its not by design it gives us all hope that something great can happen to us. And even if it doesn't this is a nice distraction.

In My Opinion, J. LIN'S NBA CAREER WAS A BIG SUCCESS. there was ZERO EXPECTATIONS and became a good NBA player for few years. He got Paid Good and played at highest level. LIN has nothing to be ashamed of. Thousands of basketaball players can only Dream to make in the NBA.

Jeremy Lin is the greatest basketball story EVER.. Talk about odds against you. He was proof that the game is not focused on just a group of certain people .. If you can play, you can make it .. He was fortunate to get a shot and proved everyone wrong !! His resume in HS was incredible and it’s shameful he wasn’t recruited by any top colleges.. Knicks blew it when they let him go, all because Melo couldn’t handle not having the spotlight all to himself .. It was a historical moment for New Yorkers and Knick fan base.. The odds of an Asian kid making such noise in pro basketball.. That win streak was an awesome time and was lead by him.. If only they had built around him.. He did eventually get a ring with Toronto but it was a shame he got no true playing time in that championship series !!
