Make sure your applications are closed otherwise, your download or copying or installing will be throttled down. Also, make sure you have a LAN or ETHERNET Cable connected to your console otherwise using wifi is very slow. So go to network and setup a lan cable connection. Then setup the DNS servers for the primary going to 8.8.4.4 and the secondary dns set to 8.8.4.4 this maybe faster than your IPS providers dns server.
