The only thing I actually liked and was excited about during the Apple event was the AirPods Pro 2 hearing stuff being an UPDATE and not a whole other product. I have the AP2 type c so that’s why.

I also liked the fact that you can now play audio on the watch. That should have been added YEARS ago.

You can turn off the wallpaper dimming “feature” . When you open customize for the icons, the brightness icon in the upper left corner of the pop up seems to turn off the dimming.

Aaron, have you noticed the odd wording in the storage settings under podcasts? It reads: “Save iPhone by removing automatic downloads.” Been like that for some time for me. Surprised they haven’t changed that.

Upgraded my iPad from 17.6.1 to 18.0 RC. Pretty smooth so far and battery life is around the same. What is really surprising is that I expected it to eat a few GBs of storage (like last year upgrading from 16 to 17), but it in fact gained 1GB of free storage after upgrading.

I kind of wish you could pick and choose which apps can be tinted. I like my third party apps like games to be normal and system apps to be a different colour.

Does anyone have the screenshot bug that I've had for multiple generations now? Sometimes when you take a screenshot you get no splash screen to edit/copy etc. It's very frustrating having to keep cleaning up the photo library with duplicates every time it glitches which is almost daily.

Updated to 18 RC but still don’t have RCS on the O2 network in UK. Thought they would be testing it by this stage.
