Billy's core passive Steady shot (crouch shot) actually increases all of his other skill's dmg so long as he is in that Steady shot state. Rolling out of it still counts as being in Steady shot mode, so you can boost your dash attack damage with it. This also applies to his Ex skill and his Ultimate

I have bee unsing mainly billy and boy he is good.
With a stunner he becomes a beast since his Ult becomes more powerfull per each chain attack he is part. Combined with the swap in atk boost and crouching shot exta dmg you see hp of bosses dissapear. Its great.
My fav combo for now is.
Anby stun into pyper assault into anby again thwn bangboo then billy into crouching and ult.

I am confused as I read the starlight replica as needing to be at least 6meters away (or more) so if you are to close it doesn’t proc or am I just misreading it?

Ive seen on reddit that building Billy (mainly leveling his skills) can be fairly easy (as you could level them relatively evenly), e.g basic all the way to his ultimate is all level 10 or 11, is that true?

At least 6 meters away means that they have to be 6 meter away or more, right? So you need to stay away from the enemy, not close.

Fanged Metal only gives 10% physical damage increase with two PC not 20%.
