Most people over look free items first source is family, friends & local. I also have business cards made & pass them out at garage sales & people i make contact with. If you go by antique store on the weekends most booth have 20%-40% off items. I like buy low sell high, list list list repeat repeat repeat.

Does Goodwill or Salvation Army have bin stores in your area ? I’ve found lots of great items there to resell . Another favourite of mine are church rummage sales .

I would add trade shows or conventions to source items to sell. Some provide nice giveaways which can be flipped.
