Acer Nitro 5 VS ASUS TUF FX504 2018! - Which Is The Best Gaming Laptop Under $700?

Hello Guys and Today I'm going to show you the comparison between the Acer Nitro 5 and the ASUS TUF FX504! The Acer Nitro 5 and the ASUS TUF FX504 are 2 of the most cheapest options in terms of a dedicated gaming laptop and come in at around $700 price bracket. The ASUS FX504 however is $50 cheaper than the Acer Nitro 5 and both have completely different specs all together. Both these laptop are know to have some of the best value for gaming laptops and with this video I'll compare these 2 laptops in terms of there build quality and design, displays, performance and battery life.

A gaming laptop review without gaming WTF?

I have Asus tuf504 laptop and it's the best for editing well for gaming you have to change the setting for some games to make it run smooth but is also very good display it doesn't need ips without it's it looks clearer and sharper, and I did not had any heating issues. Mine is i5 8th gen, 1tb HDD and 128ssd, 8gb ram and gtx 1050, not bad at all for vfx editor and gaming, I'm editor and also plays some games like call of duty, battlefield, ac syndicate has little issue but if u know to change setting than u can play it smoothly.

(Edit) to play it smoothly u need to plug in charger, without charging it won't work smooth (gaming laptops are meant to play while charging)

What are you talking about? ASUS TUF FX504 also has a GTX 1050ti variant which is priced around 64k in flipkart.

I think the Acer Nitro 5 wins regardless of specs because the ASUS TUF has a bad cooling system, inside there is 1 copper pipe and other gaming laptops usually have at least 2-5 pipes, which makes easier cooling. The ASUS drops to 25 watts and not the full 45 because of the heat.

Acer Nitro 5 is better. I just got the config with Ryzen 2500U and Radeon 560X.

Acer nitro 5has the gtx 1050ti where the Asus doesn't have it..it has gtx 1050 which is 25% less faster than the gtx 1050ti

You forgot to mention that that fx504 has a 120hz panel as opposed to the 60hz one on the nitro - which is a huge deal for the price.
