sell Cash Secured PUTS only on stocks that you ultimately want to own. Sell PUTS only a great high quality companies that will rebound after you are assigned (buy) the stock. 1 - 2 % premium. Sell at a strike price only at which you are ok being assigned (owning) the stock. Be warry about selling cash secured PUTS around earnings. Higher IV= Higher premium received..
