Mine was Shane Madej's quote "I have met some of the most insufferable people, but they also met me". Came full circle when the insufferable teacher who was in charge of yearbooks "accidentally" left out senior quotes of the students she didn't like (or just quotes she didn't like. None were offensive that she left out, and her boss even liked ours. She only included the generic ones)
