I just want to say: Thank you. Ever since my espresso machine came in, your tutorials have brought me from mediocre brews, to picture perfect espresso. So many factors to consider, that i never did. My espressos now have a beautiful light brown foam over the shot, and the taste is phenomenal. Thanks for the education
