What are the top things to do in Ushuaia, Argentina? And how to travel on a budget to Ushuaia?

Then you should travel to Ushuaia during the shoulder seasons (April or October) when the weather is unfriendly, and nature hikes are less of an option?
I did just this. This is my story about my travels to Ushuaia, Argentina. I was there in April 2024 for a week.
