10-MINUTE BUTT LIFT WORKOUT (No Jumping)

No equipment. No jumping. You won't need either in this 10-minute butt lift workout. We'll hit our glutes from every angle to grow our butts (without growing our leg muscles, too). The exercises are targeted, intense, and still totally manageable. This is a good one.

This was soo good! I added a resistance band at the end and my booty and legs were buuurning, definitely gonna be sore tomorrow but really enjoyed it! Also loved the format/editing of the video and the cute timer! 😄

I love your workouts!! Please consider doing more 10 minute standing only workouts, my coworkers and I do them in hour 10 minute break at work. It's hard to find standing only workouts and we don't want to get down on our company's dirty floor ... thanks
