My mom used to wait until we were all asleep on Christmas Eve and put the gifts out before she went to bed. She would turn all the lights in the house off with only the Christmas Tree lit. It was so magical to come into the livingroom and see gifts and the tree. I continued that tradition with my son. ❤

We put all the presents out after the kids go to bed on Christmas Eve. Then it’s a surprise when they wake up ❤. It’s how my husband grew up and I love the tradition ❤

Can’t wait to hear your news! Happy holidays to you all. My neighbor and I do ‘fancy hot chocolate’ which is a bag of steeped flavored tea (my favorites are cinnamon or raspberry) and then into the tea we mix a quarter cup hot chocolate mix and it is amazing!

i was struggling earlier but now that we're done im better wrapping will help you feel better it did me :) you are not alot i know alot of people are this year sorry the kids are fighting is it too cold for them to play outside maybe that will help use up some energy just a thought we wait until Christmas eve because we have a cat who likes to play with the paper lol right now they're all in a tote cat proof :) i dont wrap i use gift bags or if they're gift cards gift card boxes we just discovered the candy cane stirrers from the dollar store and we LOVE it it is SO good! definetly changes it for the better! hey i'd use the candy corn paper to keep from having to go out just hide those presents behind other presents lol just cut the part stella chewed off :)i think you did great!

Hey Ashley. I loved the wrapped with me for Christmas 2023! I can't believe that 2024 is almost here and a new year is coming! I loved seeing the presents for the kids. I literally wrapped the rest of the Christmas presents the other day and now I'm all good for all of my gifts. I loved your pajamas as you were wrapping the presents. Hi Ashley, this has been so much fun and you make me laugh😂. I haven't wrapped anything yet either😮. I used to wrap and make all the presents so pretty and it took me forever but now i don't have it in me. Being a widow, 67, back disability, raising my 3 grandsons, old working hands, i just can't. 😢. I will be wrapping tonight to get it done and probably watching this video again when i so. Hearing you say "i guess i could use the candy corn paper but it might look a little tacky under the tree" had me in stitches just the way you said it🤣🤣. Thank you for this awesome video and i will see you in the m next one. FYI...ive had a lot on my plate to so i understand totally.

Hi Ashley, you did a pretty good job of wrapping. I did a lot of that wrapping some done earlier & some on Christmas Eve. Which I did tonight, just my husband & me. Not to much. We bought a brand new toilet which we really needed, so it's our present to ourselves! As my kids got older, the older ones helped wrap some presents for the younger ones. It helped me a lot! My oldest son got to play Santa for my younger son. It was Santa's letter to the younger one. I thought that was so neat. My younger son was in Kindergarten. So he didn't write much yet. Maybe his name. He didn't know it was his brother who wrote to him. I thought it was so cool. My older son was good at writing stories. So this was good for him.
