Catching the Light - Episode 4: Working with the bronControl App

"Catching the Light" is a new project dedicated to document various photo shoots from conception to completion. Presented by broncolor Photographer Jessica Keller and featuring the new Siros Monolight, the charismatic duo will guide the viewers through a series of four videos respectively, devoted to an overlying theme. This first series is all about "the four elements", but not necessarily in their purest sense. Fire, Water, Earth and Air all play a role though in finding creative ideas for interesting shoots, which will hopefully not only teach about advanced lighting techniques, but also inspire photographers, experienced and beginners alike, to get out there and start shooting.

In the final Episode of our first Series, Air, Jessica has a exciting studio shoot with two dancers. Thanks to the bronControl app, she is able to adjust her Set-Up easily from an iPad even if the lights are in hard-to-reach areas.

What a nice set of video,  well thought  through and but together. I like the way you manage to show the Siros light in a wide range of sets not just for portraits but where you might on used a bigger pack.  Now I have my set back which arrived back in March they are just a delight to use so easy to control and use.  A BIG THANKS TO BRONCOLOR for designing another great set of lights.

I like the series. Jessica looks a bit nervous going from the back of camera to in front of the camera. Broncolor please produce more videos about lighting. : )
