every time I listen to this my heart swells up and I have to close my eyes, it's like it takes you somewhere else. every note sounds so honest and personal somehow . someone once told me that the good musician is the one who can play the most notes the quickest, but the truly great musician is the one who can play one note and make you cry. I'm a musician myself, and I may never be this talented, but I know enough to recognize a world class musician when I hear one. i can say with confidence that Damien is my most admired violinist.
