Good Explainded, but i have a question before calling onCreate there Must be an instance of the MainActivity Class, so an activity object which can then perfom this methods is this right?

Great explanation! What if you toggled onPause and onResume with the same Activity? What would happen to the Activity ?

thanks bro i learnt what things till now to just keep my value when other activity opens and when I getback to that it lost I first saved it on sharedPrefences and then on destroy the value should be removed from shared preferences but when user remove from taskBar app onDestroy didn't work then i tried to sharevalues and get back the value but i had more activity the code will be more then and the function startActivtyforResolut this also worked but i had a swipe function for opening pages this didn't work proper cuz i had to finish activity to get result but i couldt use it so




after a day i found your videos thanks i had to firs learn activity life cycle before doing it all 🤦

i really don't understand nothing in android and i have a project in android that i am suppose to improve...
in this project i do not see any function that you mentioned except onCreate("bundle") do i need to have the other functions written?

can you explaine how to restart an activity? Sometimes it is useful. My idea was to pass intent in extras of intent ahaha
