SSF4 AE 2012 - st.MK and cr.MP option select SJC U2

Be careful of doing it too slow (getting whiffed normal into jump or ultra) or negative edge (getting whiffed normal into ultra).

Easier to do off st.MK than cr.MP, in my opinion; but I might just simply be more used to st.MK xx SJC U2.
