I usually try to do all of this in my head. I don't like the idea of somebody stumbling on all my notes in gibberish about myself. But I feel this is a more beneficial waiting in my head so I'm working in now.

Something that is a big “a-ha!” for me has been to think of myself as a divine child and try to be conscious of how I parent my inner child.
