Man, that Spanish concept warship looks like something I saw in 80s Japanese Anime set on Earth in the year 2100.

a friend of mine built that SMART 8000 model, saw it at his place when I delivered the display case for it

The spaniards Smart 8000 concept is very intersting. It is like a surface multiporpouse submarine. Looks like the USS Zumwalt but much cheaper I am sure. It´s a destroyer but a drone aircraft carrier at the same time. It´s just genious!

The "Activate Windows" Watermark on the screen at the Navantia booth is hilarious.

The Spanish ship is really interesting. Would love to see it be built

I see Australia purchasing surplus USN Mk110 57mm mounts for a very very low price for the ARAFURA-class OPV.

The BMT Design is nice, but the placeing of the back Phalanx is cutting the options

That last ship looks like a sub and a boat

Xavier you definitely pull out interesting warships in design👍OPV design has plenty room to grow unfortunately the dropping of 40mm is disappointing as Arafura needs so weapon where it’s defence or offensive. On positive note I do like BMT design n very smart in offering with building in Australia. Smart 8000 is definitely got what is needed for Hobart replacement but weight 8 to 10t is bit light especially compared to Hunter class.

Everything is always an 'interim solution' in Australia.

The Navantia destroyer concept looks like an upscale of the Swedish Visby Class corvette just not as stealthy.

I still can’t understand why in this day and age given China concerns that Australia is still building paper Tiger patrol boats? When the 2 fleets we have go down, these will be all we have left and need to be able to hit ships with a missile some type, why can’t it have at least an 8 cell launcher?

The Spanish ship somehow reminded me of Thundersub.
