After leaving Brisbane, I went south to check out the iconic Gold Coast and Byron Bay regions. New Year was right around the corner so I wanted to ring in the New Year on the beach. Last year, it was fully rained out in Fiji...

I just go through with some fun things to do in the area, keeping a relatively tight budget. Each coast has its distinct charm, people, and lifestyle.

Another environment on the gold coast is called dreaming. It's actually the energy of Australia. I'm a descendant of William Duncan he spoke 3 Aboriginal dialects. I was part raised by full blood Australian Aboriginal stolen generation. I know the visuals are beautiful but dreaming is a deeper feeling moving through. Other worldly.

2 1/2 hrs from Brisbane to gold coast is not normal. Must have been unlucky and hit train closure due to track works.? Is that why you got on bus?

2 and a half hour journey in Australia? Ure nowhere. I lived there for 6 years. From NW to the East.
