As a Himachali, respect for mentioning Siddu. Siddu is not fried but steamed like momos, Every pahadi household have momo steamer at home. That was not like siddu, and there is same bread as siddu in Tibitean and northeast culture.

I will suggest trying pahadi cuisine, I invite you to come to my home and have it as there is hardly any shop which sells it.

Bihari lal paan wala is from ambala cantt. He started his career from a stall and now he has one of the famous food in ambala. Whenever I go to my nani house I used to go there cause his fruit beer is one of my favourite. My mom used to say that he is from her time when she was kid my momo also used to go there. Love from jaipur . Kabhi aao phir hamare jaipur. Love you lot a guys. 🧿🌈❤️

Nutri Kulcha, Capital Bakery and Shree Ganesh are the best food items. You guys are right the dessert couple outside the lake are not worth it as they are given unnecessary hype. Even the atta momos of A-one are not that much good. If you will try tandoori momos not worth the price rather if you want to go for tandoori momos do visit pakka tandoor in sec 19, chd.
