Brett's rant about fans and trying to act like their team isnt garbage was so funny to me, because I've only been a Panther's fan for as long as they've been awful. It took me a while to pick a team, I bounced between favorites for a while, and ended up landing on the Panther's, and this was pretty much right when Cam got hurt and they've never been good. So everything this man says was just pure fact spat at me that I figured out AGES ago that I've definitely seen some people refuse to believe because they've actually seen their favorite team have a winning season

The part about the Lions game that really impressed me was that that OT drive showed Dan Campbell has matured a lot since the NFC Championship Game last year. He gets it now. Instead of trying to be fancy or aggressive or getting it all at once, he just let his power back abuse a tired defense over and over and over again.

Last year's Lions would have tried some deep crosser to Williams or AmonRa, thrown a pick, and lost. This year's Lions did the SMART thing. And that should terrify the rest of the NFC

Daniel Jones has no more excuses. Too skittish to make a decision to throw, and when he actually pulls the trigger the ball is at his receivers feet!! Sack numbers be damned, more than half of them were his own fault. Offensive line wasn't nearly as "offensive" as it has been in the passing game. Run blocking sucked, but that's besides the point.

Half of the league's team's fans were dealt a loss in their opener and are hurting bad today. Meanwhile, the guys whose teams won - like my Chargers - can't get enough about WHY their team won.
