I'm 44. I've been living in Central Florida all of my life. I never use sunscreen and I love to walk for an hour and a half in the sun. They say you should Walk early or either when the sun starts to subside a little but I walk in the beaming hot sun and it never bothers me if anything I feel Amazing and super energized.
