The problem with Huawei is that it has the most key 5G patents and the best 5G network equipment -- the USA government doesn't like that because 5G is a critical technology that it doesn't want China to lead. So the USA keeps spreading lies about the company to use as justifications to sanction the company. The USA is also trying to prevent China from progressing in AI and so has banned the sales of microchips and machinery to China.
