How strange Forbes did NOT show when Biden just walked out... before it had even ended... with people turning to watch him wondering where the hell he was going. Left the poor man standing there wondering what he was supposed to do next. Surprised Biden didn't just THROW him the medal and say, "C'on man... catch. I'm late for my vacation.".
