My mother work in a bank and work as a distributor of money. She had disburse nearly 1 crore Rs to SHG's(self help groups).Out of 1 crore Rs nearly 25 lakh became bad debts and many customers migrated. Bank is saying if you want to leave job then give 25 lakh rs and go. There are 125 money distributors in bank and bank had taken the property of 70-80 workers. These workers are fighting in court to get their properties back.
What should my mother do?
