It's not necessarily the price of the blades, it's how sharp it is. The most cost effective is a shaving knife that you sharpen every now and then.

Try using minoxidil oils and other growth stuff, along with a derma roller. It's not guaranteed to work. But worth a shot. I'm not sure if you've tried it but i haven't heard you talk about it. Just keep it in mind if you really want to try and grow it.
