I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for, but try searching for "Petrucci Music Library" on google, then from the main page, look for Pergolesi under "Composers". There is a "Mass in D major". I am not at all sure if that is the one (on the score, it does say "a 5 voci", and the score is handwritten, so I don't know how helpful it will be...

Nice musicmaking, enthusiastic conductor. But, why was an "orchestration" necessary? Did not Pergolesi leave clear indications about the instruments to be employed?
