SAP Delivery Manager

We are looking forward to hire an SAP Delivery Manager who should have experience in any of the functional modules - SAP FI/ LE-MM, SAP WM, SD, PP-QM, etc. This role is for someone who thrives on challenges and has the desire to make a real difference in the world of Business.

Your Role!
This is an exciting opportunity for self-starters who are passionate about getting things done, think strategically. Should have the ability to analyze technical needs, and work with the customers to develop project scope and Project Plans

You are required to have skills in the following areas :
12 to 16 years of experience in SAP Program Management, SAP Project Management, Experience in SAP Implementation & Roll-Out projects, Consulting Services & Agile methodology.
Must have experience in handling customers & projects of the USA Region.
Should have experience in any of the functional modules - SAP FI/ LE-MM, SAP WM, SD, PP-QM, etc.
Experience in managing 24X5 Program / Project in the recent past.
Experience in Transition Management, Enhancement / small Project implementation (In Agile Methodology)
Should have experience on different phases of Project Life Cycle Requirement gathering, System Design, Configuration, Customization, Integration and Testing, Production Cutover and Support
Have a constant watch on resource utilization and forecasting on resource capacity requirement if any and will constantly look for cost optimization and continuous improvement to pass on value addition to the customer.
Responsible for process establishment & rationalization of resources for better billability resulting in optimized resource utilization.
Manage the operational tasks, issues & risks for the projects
Manage expectations among the stakeholders
Coordination with client project manager
Review the team performance, identify areas of improvement & implement the improvement plans
Follow quality standards for the projects and meet organizational / customer quality benchmarks.
Improve operational efficiency & work on the opportunities for continuous improvements
Maintain close relations with customers to forecast upcoming opportunities and plan accordingly.
Regular project review meetings with client and other stakeholders
Project / Program status monitoring & reporting
Efficiently manage revenue & cost
P&L responsibility with margin targets, revenue recognition, growth, and forecasting.
Defining the SLAs for the support engagements, manage SLA-driven service delivery in a managed services model.
Define & execute KT plans for the team as necessary
Coordination offshore connectivity and application access setup for new engagements/delivery locations
Setup the delivery processes, governance model, Owning SOW (Statement of Work) for project planning, execution, and control.
Managing end to end ownership for the development and Support applications, Capacity Planning, Process Compliance, Knowledge Management, Transition, Project, Problem, Change Management, Crisis management, Service level management
Engaged in project scooping while providing support for pre-sales and commercial teams in the preparation of proposals and contracts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
Empathic listener, persuasive speaker, excellent presenter, and negotiator
Aggressive and Competitive;
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
