Definitely didn't brake torque it, the whole first second or better was turbo-lag laden, even if it was assisted with the electric motors. I foresee this time improving.

Same based on the Lexus LS getting low 4s with a similar engine hybrid I was expecting mid 5s for the truck but it’s a truck if I wanted a fast car I wouldn’t get a tank, could also be tuning for mpg which I’ll take over speed like wise the LS is getting 30 mpg so I would expect the truck to get at least mid 20s mpg wise with that tuning if its below 20 I’m out for sure

I’m glad I bought my ‘21 Tundra. The last of the V8’s and will still be on the road after the turbo V6

Sounds like traction control holding power back on launch. You would be spinning those tires with 580lbs of trq.
