Hi Nigella, thank you for the update on your son and yourself. So good to hear your son is doing well and coping with his treatment. It's a terrible worry for all of you.
Love hearing the birds and all your plants look lovely. We haven't had much sun here in Hertfordshire in the uk. We've had a lot of rain. Love the strawberry cup and saucer, I love my cups of tea but only enjoy it out of certain mugs. I live on a very busy main road so have constant traffic going past the house, it's funny how you get used to the noise. Love the body pillow by the way. Happy Sunday Lori and positive thoughts to you and your family. I've noticed the same thing with my rose bushes, but the regular bushes in the back don't seem effected. I wanted to trim down the back yard one's until i noticed birds coming and going so have to wait. It's good to see you smiling. Take care.

The hole in the ozone is larger and hovering just above us. My husband and I have been talking abou this for over a decade. Nothing lasts in our yard, because it burns and is destroyed. Lounge chairs with ribbon webbing does not last one summer season. We put a tarp against one of our fences, didn't last a month. Our metal mesh window screens lasted a couple of years. It has nothing to do with cows farting, it is loss of the ozone layer. It may be brighter and hotter, but what we notice most is that it is BURNING. Anything kept in our yard just gets destroyed. Also, the sun is higher up North in the sky. I got my house 30 yrs ago and the sun never got North enough to shine on my Northeastern facing front door. I noticed about 10 yrs ago that it was starting to shine through my window (next to my door). Now it is shining every morning through my front window which used to never see direct sunlight. This is part of the actual natural movement of the Earth's magnetic poles, which is the real reason for global warming. Throughout the history of the Earth, the magnetic poles have changed back and forth. Part of the reason for the Ice Age. It will not change in our lifetime or another thousands of years, but it is moving. And just a few inches can cause disastrous effects.
