pulling forehand is right, absolutely right conept of executing forehand~

It's a throwing action, according to TPA Tennis, and I'm inclined to agree with him. My strokes have become so much more fluid and consistent after I started thinking of them as a throwing action. He has a video on it you should check it out

Isn't it throwing action? You initiate forhand motion with the non-dominant hand first. The same when you are throwing the baseball for examle. Dominant arm is not pulling. It is relaxed and it is following creating the "whip effect".
When you pull you are stucked at the half-way. When you throw you have natural follow-through and effortless power.

Hi Rick,
Great video! I am getting this idea now of pulling the racket. The problem came when I pulled forward with my elbow bent leading with the inside of the elbow butt forward and now I have pain on the inside of the elbow. What do think I should do to fix this?
