Hi and thank you for your videos! Question- what if we are taking over a location? Business was there but now we are new owners and new business name. Do we find the business on Apple Maps - and proceed from there? Or do we start over as new? And just to complicate things- what if this location will be our 3rd shop? Do we add it as added on to our page? Or start new? Or update theirs? Thank you !

Hi Luc, not sure when that video was filmed but it just rejected an application for a service based business for me. The reply was they do list service based businesses but only with commercial premises where customer can enter.

I live in Morocco and my fiancée works in the field of locksmith repair in Spain. She has a page in Google Business and I am the one who is in charge of putting pictures and adding products to the page from Morocco
Does this negatively affect her page to top the search results

I am facing a problem with the accuracy of the location when I add the street address and specify with the red pin the exact location of my business on the map. I have a question about an incorrect category on Apple Maps, I have several clients who have the same problem. I went through the process of reporting the issue through my phone, noting it as an incorrect category. Received a notification a couple days later from Apple that they accepted the change, but it's still displaying the incorrect category. I've then added the business into our Apple Business Connect account and have the right category displaying there and the company is verified, but still no change. What else do I need to do?
