That afroamerican guy you're all talking about is Chris Warren, Chad's drum tech for almost 17 years. You can see him now playing some electronic drums live (claps and other sounds), Mellotron, and also Keyboards for Snow, Californication and Ethiopia. He is a very nice guy, and really knows how to make Chad's drum kit sound awesome every show. He also takes some credits in the last Red Hot Chili Peppers album The Getaway. Very nice band companion.
