Gopher, I know it's been said many times over to you, but it needs to be said again. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Not only have you allowed me to play a game I've loved for years, again, and in new ways, you've managed to do something that's more important. You've educated me. There isn't a mod I download, that I don't read up on first. I've also come to realize how much work and time is put into making these mods. You've also taught me about patience. You teach us in such a way that there is no doubt left about what we should be doing, as long as we've paid attention. For all of this, I must thank you. I would love for you to do another Let's Play of Skyrim and highlight newer mods that have released. I know that the Holds mod that just released is amazing and absolutely worth playing to see the content that mod has alone.

Sorry for rambling, but I really felt the need to give you the proper time and credit you deserve. You've done more than that for us.

Thanks gopher! I was finally able to get Skyrim for pc, and because I played this game to literal death on console, I was looking for mods to make it fresh again. I've watched your content for three years now, so I knew this series was here, and I was able to get started on mods. I have no prior experience in this field, so your help was greatly needed. I can honestly say that my enjoyment of Skyrim (and many other games) has greatly increased by being able to tweak and alter certain aspects. Mod's like ImmersiveHud and SkyUi turn a decent play-through with a few minor annoyances, into a great experience. Without this video series I likely would never had bothered with any of it. Even years later, this series sets the bar for what a tutorial should be.

I just finished watching the last video in this 10 part series and this beginner's guide was a very exceptional tutorial to modifying Skyrim. At first, I felt overwhelmed when I downloaded the game and saw the amount of mods available and all the technical jargon in the notes and forums. However, your step by step instructions and ability to explain things in layman's terms has given me the confidence to jump in and play around. I highly recommend this guide for anyone needing to learn the basics.

Now, apart from this series, I have watched some of your other videos where you showcase and review various mods on Nexus and I just have to say that your videos are a real pleasure to watch and very informative. Also, the videos are edited in a practical and useful way and your narration is spot on! It was no hard decision to subscribe to your channel and I look forward to other videos.

Lastly, I want you to know that you really sold me on the immersion aspect of modifying Skyrim and it has REALLY changed the way I view this game; it's mind numbing to think of all the hours I've played without these great options to make the game seem so life-like. The next series I intend to watch is your "installing Skyrim ENB mods" after I've played around with the ones I have from this tutorial.

I used these videos a few years back. They were incredibly helpful even for someone who heavily modded Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Its been a year since I played and had to reinstall, but again found these videos as great refreshers! It is so nice to watch a video tutorial without five minutes of intro showing how awesome your video skills are, music I do not care to hear, poor attempts to make jokes, and you screaming, "WHATS UP YOUTUBE!" as if you watch Good Morning Vietnam too many times a day. Thank you for your efforts, your mods and your professionalism that seems to be lacking from so many YouTube professionals!
