Last week I was working with one of my coaching clients who likes to stretch herself and her goals. (And she said I could share this with you, so don’t worry, I’m not spilling the beans.) She was feeling bad about not hitting her stretch goals 100%, 100% of the time. And feeling frustrated is not always a great motivator - especially when we start beating ourselves up.
