Is Emirates A380 Business Class Worth It? (Full Review)

Today I'm going to experience business class for the very first time. But not just any business class - I will be flying on Emirates' famous A380 to see what the 'best business class in the world' really looks like and if it's worth the thousands of dollars price tag!

In my review I will take 2 flights, a day flight and a night flight, so I can experience absolutely everything that Emirates has to offer, from the on-flight bar to the flat beds, the three course meal service to the bottomless champagne. I'll also share how I got these airline tickets for a fraction of the regular retail price!

Flew it from JFK to Dubai on the way to Male. Amazing experience. Spent half the trip at the bar, got a couple hours of sleep, ate, watched a movie and found myself disappointed when we landed. Not often you can say you wish the flight lasted longer.

The adventure starts with the limo that picks you up from your home/hotel and takes you to the airport. Then there’s the lounge where you can also board directly to the plane from. We travelled business class from Australia to Italy and return we travelled first class. Business class you only get Moët & Chandon champagne but first class, it’s dom perignon. 😀

Emirates is known for their first class, not business class. For business class, Qatar is known for their business class but has to be the Q Suites.

I have been fortunate to fly business and first on the emirates a380 many times, the latter via upgrades because I was travelling so much with work.

First, the A380 is fabulous for long haul. The sense of space and the way it just ploughs through whatever weather there might be without drama is incomparable.

The way emirates use that space for the small bar is just fantastic. It isn’t huge but it just feels like you are living the dream. Sipping cocktails whilst chatting with strangers at 40, 000 feet is simply unbeatable.

I like how they changed the Business Class seats, as I get older I only fly Emirates First Class between CGK and Europe. Well worth the money.
