Neutron stars have really intense gravity. They're basically visible black holes as their gravity isn't quite intense enough to have their event horizon exceed their diameter, but it's not too far off. I'd imagine once you go past the event horizon of a stellar mass black hole you'll probably see a really bright ball of matter in front of you, something that looks a lot like a neutron star.

The escape velocity of a typical neutron star is about 1/3 to 1/2 c. You would collide from a free fall at only slightly relatavistic speeds.

0:28 neutron stars, pulsars, and magnetars are 3 different things, not different names for the same thing. Although the neutron star is the most massive we have found, it is not _that_ big. The general rule for a neutron star's upper mass limit is less than 3 amu.

The minimum net mass required for a pulsar is 1.44 solar units.

The minimum net mass of a black/white hole is 2.88 solar units.
