Touhou 11: SA - Stage 4 - Remix

Stage 4 in Touhou: Subterranean Animism probably hosts one of my favorite VGM -songs of all time. It seriously does - it's such a mysterious tune, and yet it gets very powerful as it goes on. The atmosphere this song helps set for Stage 4 is also pretty awesome.

But, yeah. There really is NOT enough remixes of this song around - it's sad. But it makes sense, because Stage 4's theme gets overlooked all the time due to the Stage 4's boss' theme, which is also awesome, mind you, I just happen to like Stage 4's theme a bit more, and I feel it needs a little more love from remixers :P

Anyway, those who know Touhou's soundtracks a little bit, you may notice a small cameo from a different Touhou theme in this remix somewhere. Actually, there's 2 cameos in total, of 2 different Touhou themes, each from a different game than Subterranean Animism. One of the 2 cameos though is very small, so it may be a little difficult to recognize ;P

The first person who figures out what songs both cameos are from, I guess.. can be the first person to download the entire Subterranean Animism Remix Album once it's complete (for free, of course. I can't charge people for MY quality, lol). Or, you can have a free (imaginary) cookie :3

Guess it's a good thing I recently got back into Touhou and listening to arranges. I can't wait to hear what you do with the rest of the songs in SA and to be able to download :D

Ah, Heartfelt Fancy. I've been trying to clear Chireiden lately so I've been hearing this. A very nice theme.

I think the first cameo was around 1:20, but I can't tell where the second might be, much less what either of them are. If there were cameos, I either don't recognize them (unlikely if it's touhou) or they're very well hidden..

This was really awesome, I love mysterious themes like this in video games. Also, if you're looking for requests, I think that the Gerudo Desert theme from Twilight Princess is pretty underrated.

I actually like Heartfelt Fancy better than Satori Maiden also and this arrange of it was great.
As for the references, I hear what sounds like Grave of Being around 1:46.
It sounds a bit like Futatsiwa from Sado near 3:26.
