WHY DID THE NINJA TRAIN IN SENTRY REMOVAL TECHNIQUES? Traditional Ninjutsu Training

Показать описание
In this video I explain why it is so important for ninjutsu practitioners to train in sentry removal tactics (Zetsumeijutsu). As one who is trying to preserve the ancient past, these are the martial arts techniques and training methods that the ancient ninja and samurai would undergo during the feudal era of Japanese history.

This lesson is directly for the ancient Japanese koryu martial arts of the ninja and samurai, such as ninjutsu (ninpo) and bujutsu (budo).

Well said, i used to practice ninjitsu but have went on to learn some additional arts too however the stealth, evasion, infiltration/exfiltration, lock picking and sentry removal and in visibility are in my opinion are the most important skills in the modern days. Some people have argued to me that nightvision would defeat my invisibility and i laughed and said i had learned the art in the 1980 s and in those days the police were sometimes called when a person in the area got a glimpse of one of us out practicing and the cops in fact had night vision devices but could not find us in the shadows because of two things, i said ever hear of hunters laundry soap and UV killer spray used on your ninja uniforms haha and the person would say no and i said go read about it as its good against up to level 3 night vision devices as level 4 and 5 are restricted to military use only and the persons i was talking to were blown away once they realized i was right.

Yeah, i have said the same thing. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. It's a long the same lines as the old saying. Better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.
Thanks for sharing your thought Anshu.

Such a great video! I agree. I don’t want to be the one who wished I had trained and been more prepared than to be at the mercy of someone wanting to cause harm to me or my family. Thank you Sensei!

Great Video Soke!
I absolutely loved this video!
In my opinion, you are the top ninjutsu martial arts master today!

I studied in the Bujinkan for many years. I even went to Japan to train at the hombu. But after all of that, I felt that something was missing. I started watching your videos and following your philosophy. I joined your organization and I can say that it was the best decision I have made in my martial arts journey.

Everyone else in the koryu ninjutsu community is either a has been, or never was. You are truly the best there is in the modern day. Anyone who argues that, either has no idea of your knowledge in the arts, or they are simply lying to themselves.

Zetsumeijutsu conforms with Dr. Hatsumi's teachings: 1.)"Budo is simply the study of the BEST ways to kill." 2.)"If you do something and it saves your life, it was good Taijutsu." 3.)"I'm not teaching techniques to my students, but rather..making their moves simpler.." 4.)"The first priority for the ninja is to win without fighting." 5.) In an Interview somebody was asking Dr. Hatsumi about what he thought about Ninjutsu vs. the MMA/BJJ craze...and Dr. Hatsumi said "Ninjutsu is MORE about Stealth, Elusiveness, and Dispatching your opponent as quickly and efficiently as possible..not fighting. Combat is the _least_ important skill a ninja can possess."

I agree and like how you teach Ninjutsu.

Let us make this clear: Home Invasion is a crime that can and has happened. It can happen to anyone. I am glad that you made a point about 911 calls. Once you dial the number and get a operator, there is still quite a bit of time before help can arrive. During that time, you are still at the mercy of chance and fate. You can hide, yes, but what if the criminals check rooms? What if they find you or anyone else in your home? If they have guns, the criminals may not be worried about what they will do if they find you, the power is theirs. They can shoot you, and take what they please and escape before the police get there. Ninjutsu can grant you the skills to to deal with this situation in a different way. Knowledge is power. Use it. Evasion, or to "take advantage of." This video is about sentry removal, but in some cases if you can just leave the house undetected, then that would be just as good. Engage if you have to or if there is no other choice, but simply just leaving if it is possible is also a good tactic.
