I’m in your facebook group and I want to ruck sooo bad! I live in the hot, swampy south, but i am definitely going to try it out in the fall when things get cooler outside.

I think what you’re doing is great and people need better advice and better role models that can help them be healthier and live longer and be happier.

Great to hear about your journey. My wife is your age and went through the same feeling. So at 54 she ruck and hiked the entire Appalachian Trail approx. 2, 500 miles in 7 month and now at 56 she is currently hile the PCt trail from Mexico to Canada. She is approximately at the 1700 mile mark and when done it will be 2, 700 miles.

Sorry to hear about your loss! Looking forward to your upcoming content. I’m 1 month carnivore. Down 25lbs. and 6” off the belly. Feeling unbelievably great after having almost given up and was just gonna eat myself into an early grave. I want that lean hard old fashioned look. Traps, shoulders, arms, lean and veiny but not necessarily big. (If you know what I mean 😉) I mostly use kettlebells in my training these days. But want to incorporate rucking. So I’m interested in how to incorporate the 2. Thank you for the content.

Rob, I tried checking the carnivore bodybuilding website but it seems to be down. Also tried to email for questions at the info email and gets sent back. So not sure if you are still coaching online.
