Yes, pskreporter is a great tool. I use it every day to determine where my signal is being heard or not. Generally, my signal is going to be heard according to the MUF, and pskreporter usually agrees which is amazing. Also, for those pesky stations that may not respond to you. Find the callsign on the map, and it will show you if that station has at least heard your signal. If it hasn't after after a few tries, and 5 minutes, I usually move on and return to that station at a later time, if they are still on.

JS8 has a shortcut button for reporting, on the main screen. At least, I believe that's what I saw.

I have mine like that. I think FT8 is better than WSPR for reporting conditions.

And then, you can watch and wonder why the station you are attempting to contact shows as spotting you, but somehow they aren't responding. ;)
