Smoke fried wings are absolutely amazing, I fired up the @bradleysmoker and used apple bisquettes for that sweet smoke flavor. Smoke at 220 degrees until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees, the wings aren’t done until you fry them, fry them for about 3 min, this should get your wings to 175 degrees internal temperature. Then toss them in your favorite sauce. I went with butter wing sauce. That’s 1/2 cup wing sauce, 4 tbsp butter and 1 tsp garlic powder.
