How to Know if an ISTP is Interested in You, Part 2

Followup to my previous video in which I revealed the best way to know if an ISTP is interested in you.

My husband is an ISTP. I would say the way he is not a "typical" ISTP is that he's not super rebellious (but he does like to take risks) and he doesn't make crude remarks or jokes (his jokes are more just funny than hurtful). Otherwise he's an ISTP through and through.

We were both interested in each other very quickly (I'm an INTP). But I was much more cautious because I don't take relationships lightly, so I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision (duh, INTP!). Whereas he knew he wanted to marry me the day he met me (we met online, but the day we actually met in person). He told me he loved me about 2 months after we met, through an email. He said he didn't want me to feel obligated to respond in any way, he just wanted to express that to me.

One thing that has been hardest for me is that when he's tired, he acts annoyed when I'm talking to him. I get that he's tired, and I totally understand, but it's just difficult sometimes from my perspective when I really wanna talk about something but he's not interested at the moment because he's tired. Or sometimes I go on too long about something that interests me and he gets tired from listening to me for too long. I've learned to just let it go and not take it personally (after feeling kinda down about it for a minute when it happens).

The other thing he really used to do a lot is, I would ask, "Do you want to do xyz?" and he would always say, "Sure." I'm like, "Well, do you want to or do you not want to, because "sure" sounds like maybe you're just doing it because you think I want to." lol

When he's really excited about something he will say "yes, " not "sure". This is a discussion we've had a lot, and he tries to give me a true answer now. But sometimes he really just doesn't mind either way. So now when he says "sure, " I take it truly as, "I don't mind either way, we can do that".

The funny thing between us is that he actually wants to be around me more than I want to be around him. It's nothing personal, it's just that I need a lot of alone time and space. He seems to need a lot of alone time and space from everyone except for me. So all of his relationship needs get placed on me. I guess that's what happens when an ISTP likes someone?

An ENFJ dating an ISTP, when I tell him I love him, I make myself very VERY vulnerable at that moment, and he just seem to brush it off, and don’t take me seriously, I’m trying to understand, but it’s hard... sometimes I feel like he’s just playing me :(
