Hobbyshops that carry supplies for personalized models like Warhammer and other tabletop games (I don't know if ya'll have a hobby lobby or equivalent over there) will sell kits some will even have tools measuring very minute measurements, like pinches of sand, and specifically theres a clay/putty shaping tool that is excellent for scooping and shaping.
