Omigosh, how I loved this game. It was far before its time. The odd but really fun combination of shooter/sim and strategy, because you could issue orders to other units. It actually made a difference what units you built and how you used them.

And then Activision drove the franchise into the ground with Battlezone 2, the way Fox did with Alien³ and 4. What morons. This concept needs to be revived.
