Yeah, I am. I have an unofficial P90X app for my Android. It has a nutrition guild that lets me keep track of everything that I eat. I literally don't go over or under everyday. I eat exactly what I'm suppose to as far as the portion control plan goes. I just don't feel like I'm where I should be on day 60. (although I'm comparing myself to what I see on TV and in the youtube transformation videos) I might be over thinking it and should probably just sit back and let it happen...

depends on what type of progress you have made really...I recommend sticking to fat shredder 50/30/20 until you reach 10% body fat, then switching to a maintenance ratio of 40/40/20, but still at a calorie deficit. I dont recommend phase 3 30/50/20 unless you are training for several hours per day at high intensity. An athlete basically. Did that help bud?

im going to start a round of p90x  but  this time i am  following the  p90x3 nutrition guide since it is a superior guide to the  p90x  guide  i also work a construction style job so i cant afford to virtually eat paleo like the p90x fat shredder wants you to i preffer the x3  balanced approach eating its more maintainable  then the fat shredder need me carbs :p

nah...doesnt really matter when you eat. Just focus on hitting your macros in any given time period that you are awake. Are you tracking your nutrition with something like myfitnesspal?

How do you break through the "Set Point"? By continuing to just keep working out hard and eating right? I believe I have a "Set Point"... I workout every single day, I keep track of my reps, weights and I take notes, and I stick to the nutrition plan religiously. But I don't look like I'm changing much.

Well I'm starting to think I might not be at a set point. I just weighed myself yesterday and I'm down a total of 19 lbs from starting p90x about 55 days ago. I just want those abs I see in the videos so badly. I'm about to start phase 3 next week. I workout at night which means I eat at night. Is that bad?

I have a question, when people repeat P90x, do they do the diet the same way again in sequence or do they keep doing athlete carb heavy 3rd part from then on?
