Followed your video and these are the readings that I got from my TV
Vin - 12.27v
VGH - 27.9v
VCC - 1.78v
VGL - minus 5v
VDD - 16.02v
HVDD - 8.02v
Vcom fb - 6.17v

MY TV is starting and its only showing black glowing screen, no sound of menu from pressing button on remote. I opened the tv, the backlight is glowing.
Please guide me sir, what do you think, this problem is coming from? what should I check next? Thanks, lot, for the amazing video!

Story of my TV issue from beginning - So My TV started showing lines, sometimes it would disappear, but it slowly got worse, more and more lines, to the point that there were only lines on TV, vertical as well as horizontal. Then after that few days, TV screen got black, but the sound was still coming, when I pressed navigation or volume up down button! Just one day later, and to this moment, it's just black screen and no sound coming, if I press the tv volume button or arrow buttons!
