It's an incredible amp sim. Didn't even need to test it to know I was buying it. They had my money minutes after it dropped. Just got the Quad Cortex and really didn't need it but hey! If it's Neural, they can have my money. Wicked tunes dude 🤘

too heavy for my actual macbook... I usedPLINI and I couldn't record more than a track. and it will cost me 150 euro ( 119 plus taxes fyi. )

Must admit I felt a bit deflated with this one. Where Neural are setting the bar is modelling real life amps in plug in format. Tim is a great artist but is an avid axe fx user (GOAT for example is a stock preset with literally no tweaks). So to dedicate and archetype to replicating what is already a digitally created tone is a bit of a head scratcher (for me personally).

Something like archetype Rabea with his dual super kraken amp rig and strymon pedal board would have be a more ‘Neural’ thing to do with an Archetype release.
