To be charitiable to the last Mum, if she isnt purposely discrediting the other Mum's cooking and being a sourface, there is all the chance that she could genuinely have just been unlucky and got the bad egg of the set.

Keep in mind, multiple of these dishes are made a day in advance to filming these videos so you have to consider that these Mums are either making big batches of food or several of the same dish they would normally make. Since they are being made by hand, there is always the chance that one will come out wrong, and the last Mum shown in this short may have just been a victim of getting the 'bad egg'. Otherwise, if thats not the case, yeah the last Mum was just being a salty Karen.
