Did not expect a new Halion now. Some really nice upgrades here. Expensive to upgrade though.

s anyone using Halion 7 with VEP? In its standalone version there is no issue, but using it with VEP it is always claiming missing samples even if they are located where they should be, and over 42 instances of Halion in VEP, the Steinberg plug in starts to loose its saved configurations. Is it because we work on Apple M2 machines?

..great synth great sounds, but the browser is a nightmare, compared to logic or other daws...can't find easy the preset we save..its a mess...😟

Does Halion 7 contain the same presets as the Yamaha Montage? I have tested Halion Sonic some years ago and a lot of the MOXF presets were inside, so I would like to know if buying Halion 7 today would be the same as buying a Montage? (I talk only about sounds of course)
